FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Can I "try on" the watch before deciding?
Yes. Under UK law, you are allowed to handle the watch as you would in a physical store. This means you can take it out of the box and try it on your wrist. However, you must not remove any protective plastics, films, or tags. Once the factory seals are removed or the bracelet is resized, the watch is considered "accepted" and cannot be returned for a change of mind.
What if the watch is faulty?
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a "short-term right to reject" any goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. After 30 days, we reserve the right to repair or replace the timepiece under the manufacturer's warranty, and this would then go to the original manufacturers warranty with proof of purchase.
How should I package my return?
Watches are high-value precision instruments. Please ensure the watch is placed back in its original presentation box, then secured inside a sturdy outer shipping carton with plenty of padding. We cannot refund items that are damaged due to poor packaging on the return journey.
Which courier should I use for returns?
For your protection, we strictly recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed. This is the only standard UK service that provides adequate insurance coverage (up to £2,500) and signed-for tracking for jewelry and watches.
I’ve resized the bracelet; can I still return it?
Unfortunately, no. Removing links or adjusting the bracelet usually leaves "tool marks" or micro-scratches on the pins and polished surfaces. Once a bracelet is resized, the watch is no longer in "new and unworn" condition and is ineligible for a standard return.
