Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If a component isn't right for your project or a timepiece doesn't meet your expectations, our returns process is designed to be straightforward.
1. Statutory Cancellation Rights (The "Cooling-Off" Period)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

Notification: You must inform us of your decision to cancel within this 14-day window.

Return Window: Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to send the items back.
2. Condition of Returns
To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned in their original, unaltered condition:

Watches: Must be unworn, with all protective plastics/films intact and tags attached.

Parts & Tools: Must not show signs of installation or use. We cannot accept returns on parts that have been modified, filed, or fitted to a movement.

Packaging: All original boxes, manuals, and warranty cards must be included.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally excluded from our standard returns policy:

Bespoke or personalized orders (e.g., custom-engraved case backs).

Items sealed for hygiene reasons (such as certain leather straps) if the seal has been broken.
4. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies:

Within 30 days: You are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement.

After 30 days: We reserve the right to repair or replace the item in the first instance.
5. How to Process Your Return

6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days back to your original payment method.
